Rawle Alkins scored a career high 11 points in 26 minutes on Wednesday, adding five rebounds, three assists and one 3-pointer in a 115-114 win vs. the Wizards.
Alkins made 4-of-9 field goals and 2-of-4 free throws tonight, with one 3-pointer and two turnovers. Chicago was again playing without Kris Dunn (back), Zach LaVine (right leg), Lauri Markkanen (fatigue) and Otto Porter (shoulder). It’s silly season in Chicago, in other words, and DFS owners might as well give Alkins, Walter Lemon Jr. and others a look for temporary production.

Rawle Alkins has been recalled from the G-League by the Bulls.
Alkins is on a two-way contract with the Bulls and was called up after Chandler Hutchison’s (foot) injury. Alkins has played in just two NBA games this season and isn’t on the fantasy radar at the moment.

Rawle Alkins has been recalled from the G-League.
Zach LaVine (ankle) is going to sit out the next few games, so Alkins may be able to see limited minutes in the rotation. He won’t be with the team for Saturday’s game, but he’ll be available for Monday’s matchup with the Thunder. He’s not a viable target in fantasy hoops, though.

Rawle Alkins has signed a two-way contract with the Bulls.
Alkins will provide the Bulls with some emergency depth at the two-spot, but he’ll spend a majority of the 2018-19 season in the G-League.

Rawle Alkins has agreed to a training camp deal with the Raptors.
The 6’4" combo guard helped the Arizona Wildcats win back-to-back Pac-12 titles, averaging 13.1 points, 4.8 boards, 2.5 assists, 1.3 steals and 1.4 treys last season. The Brooklyn native did miss time last year due to a fractured bone in his right foot, but he didn’t need much time to recover with a 26-point game in his second game back from injury on Dec. 16. Arizona’s NBA-style defense should help and Alkins’ slashing style could help him draw contact as a bench option.
