Martin (6'6/260) made this declaration after taking his official visit to North Carolina, with Mack Brown’s program moving ahead of Penn State and West Virginia. “North Carolina has moved to the front,” Martin told Callahan. “It was about the coaching staff, the players, the school, the atmosphere of the school -- everything.” In total seven schools remain in the running for Martin’s commitment, with Duke, NC State, Virginia and Virginia Tech joining UNC, Penn State and West Virginia.
