Broncos signed Iowa TE Shaun Beyer.
The lanky Beyer (6'5, 210) transitioned from wide receiver to tight end at Iowa, recording 11 receptions for 158 yards and one touchdown in eight 2020 games. At 24, he’s among the oldest prospects in the 2021 draft class. Beyer tested poorly at his pro day but managed an 84th percentile agility score. He’ll be buried on Denver’s tight end depth chart if he makes the squad.
