After watching Diego Costa score three times for Chelsea on Saturday in their 4-2 win over Swansea, Jose Mourinho reserved special praise for his new star striker in the post match press conference.

Signing Costa from Atletico Madrid for $55 million this summer looks like being one of the best pieces of business around, as the Blues finally possess the predatory striker they’ve been lacking.

It wasn’t all butterflies, balloons and party hats from Mourinho though. The Portuguese boss still found time to lament his side for defensive mistakes which let Swansea score twice as Chelsea have now conceded five time in their last two PL games. On the flip side, they have scored 15 goals in their opening four matches. So, it’s not all doom and gloom for the ‘Special One.’

With Costa around this season, Chelsea threaten to run away with things as the creative genius of Eden Hazard, Cesc Fabregas and Oscar create so many chances for Costa to score.
