Despite recent links away from the King Power Stadium, Riyad Mahrez has signed a new four-year contract with the Foxes until the 2020 season.

Mahrez has received interest from several major clubs throughout the summer, however, Arsenal had been seen as the biggest player for the attacker before Wednesday’s announcement.

The reigning PFA Player of the Year is coming off of a shining campaign for Leicester, where the 25-year-old Algerian netted 17 goals to go along with his 11 assists during the team’s PL-winning season.
