Manchester United loss clinches UEFA Champions League berth for Leicester City

Manchester United’s 3-0 loss to Tottenham Hotspur at White Hart Lane on Sunday has assured that Leicester City will be in the 2016-17 UEFA Champions League.

The loss means Leicester’s 72 points cannot be caught by United. West Ham United maxes out at 70 points, while Liverpool can only reach 69.

Of course, the Foxes still are well on track to win the Premier League, but you can tick one unlikely box on their fairytale checklist.
