Roberto Mancini is hell bent on signing Yaya Toure for Inter Milan, isn’t he?
The former Manchester City boss, who signed Toure from Barcelona in 2010, continues to speculate that the towering Ivorian midfielder could arrive at the San Siro over the summer.

When asked by Italian outlet Gazzetta TV about the speculation linking Internazionale with Toure, Mancini revealed, once again, that Toure is eager to move to Italy and hopes that Inter can structure their finances to get a deal done for the 31-year-old.
If you ask many Man City fans, now may be the right time to cash in on Toure and get his mammoth wages off the wage bill.
After five years at the Etihad Stadium, this season has by far been his least impressive with Toure drifting through many big games and failing to drive City on from midfield as he’s done in the past. Last season he scored 24 goals from midfield as the Citizens won the Premier League title, but it seems that Toure’s time could be with the reigning PL champions as fans are starting to get fed up with his lackluster displays and Toure himself seemed to be pretty fed up a while ago following a spat at the end of last season concerning a birthday cake.
With his head all over the place over the summer after the sudden death of his younger brother Ibrahim, Toure pledged his future to City after plenty of rumors regarding a move away from Manuel Pellegrini’s side. Now it seems increasingly likely that Toure may not be around for much longer in the Premier League, as the chance to play for Mancini and play out his career in the slower paced Serie A may suit everyone.
The big question: is Toure willing to take what will most likely be a pay cut to join Inter and will the Italian club be able to afford that?
