Slump. Over. Suarez with 4 goals in Barca’s 8-0 rout of Deportivo

RC Deportivo La Coruna v FC Barcelona - La Liga

LA CORUNA, SPAIN - APRIL 20: Luis Suarez of FC Barcelona embraces his team mates Neymar (L) and Lionel Messi of FC Barcelona after Neymar scores his team’s eighth goal during the La Liga match between RC Deportivo La Coruna and FC Barcelona at Riazor Stadium on April 20, 2016 in La Coruna, Spain. Luis Suarez helped Barcelona snap out of its slump in a big way, with the Blaugranas demolishing Deportivo de la Coruna by an 8-0 margin on Wednesday.

The big win nearly erases Real Madrid’s goal differential advantage while moving Barcelona four points clear of Real and three ahead of Atletico Madrid (both are playing as we speak).

While Suarez was clinical in the win, perhaps the shining moment of the match came from defender Marc Bartra, who made a slalom run through Deportivo to give Barca a seven goal lead.

Ivan Rakitic, Neymar and Lionel Messi also scored in the win.
