According to the Daily Mirror, Liverpool could be set to make a move for Bruno Martins Indi as Jurgen Klopp acknowledges that his defense needs help.

Martins Indi, 24, currently plays for FC Porto but has been linked with a move to the Premier League in the past with both Manchester United and Everton said to be interested in the Dutch international defender.
However, no move has ever materialized but with Martins Indi able to play at both center back and left back, Klopp could strengthen two areas of his team he needs to in one fell swoop.
Left back Alberto Moreno was heavily criticized for his defensive display against Arsenal in Liverpool’s 4-3 at the Emirates Stadium on Sunday, yet Klopp has defended the Spanish full back since.
France Football suggests that Arsenal will make a move for AS Monaco defender Marcel Tisserand if they can’t seal a move for Valencia’s Shkodran Mustafi.
The latter has reportedly agreed terms with the Gunners but Arsenal and Valencia is yet to agree a transfer fee for the German international defender.

That means Arsene Wenger could turn his attention to 23-year-old Tisserand who spent last season on loan at Toulouse from Monaco. and can play either at right back or center back. Hardly the high-profile center back Arsenal’s fans would’ve been hoping for but with Laurent Koscielny ready to return, plus Gabriel working his way back from injury, perhaps Wenger is happy with those two center backs plus Rob Holding, Calum Chambers and one more in reserve. Plus there’s also Per Mertesacker to return from injury in the coming months.
Wenger mentioned on Thursday that he has money to spend but who is he going to spend it on?
Perhaps it is this man: Jose Gimenez.
The Daily Mail is reporting that Arsenal have opened talks to sign Gimenez from Atletico Madrid and that the La Liga side want $52.5 million for the 21-year-old central defender.
Gimenez is a Uruguayan international who appeared in 37 games for Atleti last season and is quick, powerful center back. Surely this is the kind of signing Wenger should be making. But the big question remains: will he be given the funds to splash the cash on a young center back?
Arsenal certainly need a star striker and star center back to make themselves into genuine title contenders.
