Week 25 of the 2015-16 Premier League season is here and some big clashes at the top and bottom take center stage.

It all kicks off at the Etihad Stadium on Saturday with a huge game in the title race as Manchester City host Leicester City (Watch live, 7:45 a.m. ET on NBCSN and online via Live Extra). Can Claudio Ranieri’s men extend their lead at the top of the table by beating second-place City? Following that we head to another title contender, Tottenham Hotspur, as they welcome Watford to White Hart Lane (Watch live, 10 a.m. ET on NBCSN and online via Live Extra) with Harry Kane and Co. aiming to keep the pressure on Man City and Leicester. At the same time over on USA Network Liverpool host Sunderland at Anfield (Watch live, 10 a.m. ET on USA and online via Live Extra) with Jurgen Klopp hoping to get back to winning ways after the Reds’ midweek defeat at Leicester.

Rounding things off on Saturday, Southampton welcome West Ham United (Watch live, 12:30 p.m. ET on NBC and online via Live Extra) to St Mary’s with both teams battling for a spot in the top six. Will Ronald Koeman celebrate his manager of the month honors in style? Then on Sunday, first up is a trip to the South Coast where Bournemouth will host Arsenal (Watch live, 8:30 a.m. ET on NBCSN and online via Live Extra). The Gunners have slipped off the pace at the top after failing to score in their last three games. Can the Cherries add another big scalp during their debut PL season?
Week 25 comes to a close on Sunday two giants who’ve fallen on tough times clashing in west London: Chelsea host Manchester United (Watch live, 11 a.m. ET on NBCSN and online via Live Extra) at Stamford Bridge. The Blues are eight games unbeaten since Guus Hiddink arrived, but are looking for a top 10 finish at best. As for United, the pressure has eased on Louis van Gaal a little but the Red Devils remain five points off the top four. It will, as always, be a pulsating clash between these bitter rivals.
