Gylfi Sigurdsson’s productive moment looked to help ease Swansea City’s relegation fears, but Salomon Rondon’s stoppage time heroics helped West Bromwich Albion to a 1-1 tie at the Hawthorns on Tuesday.
Another sleepy affair for a Tony Pulis team, the Baggies keep their three point-lead over Swansea City. West Brom is in 14th with 29 points, while Swans sit 16th with 26.

After a nothing first half, Alberto Paloschi subbed on to nearly net for Swansea City on debut. Wayne Routledge played him through, but Baggies keeper Ben Foster was able to parry the chance.
We’re not positive anything of merit happened until Sigurdsson’s late run ended with his shot across the keeper to make it 1-0.
But Rondon was Salomon on the spot when he buried an in-tight chance with a jumping jab of his foot off a bonkers scrum in the box.
