NFL Network’s Mike Garafolo reports that the Raiders have extended a tender to exclusive rights free agent DE Charles Snowden.
Snowden, 27, served as a rotational pass rusher last season and quietly led Raiders edge rushers with a 19.2 percent quarterback pressure rate. He totaled 10 quarterback pressures and two sacks. He also intercepted one pass. Keeping him in-house makes sense. The Raiders also tendered ERFA C Will Putnam and ERFA S Tristin McCollum.

Uncommitted four-star 2019 G William Putnam took an official visit to Clemson over the weekend.
Putnam (6'4/280) got to take in the vibe of Senior Day before watching Clemson handle Duke on Saturday. With that, he has now wrapped up slate of official visits. All three of his finalists -- Clemson, Auburn and Florida State -- received one. Looks like his other two allotted officials will not be utilized. Putman plans on signing during the early December window, which will open starting Dec. 19. On the 247Sports composite board, the Tampa native ranks as the No. 73 overall prospect in the 2019 class.
