Snowden, 27, served as a rotational pass rusher last season and quietly led Raiders edge rushers with a 19.2 percent quarterback pressure rate. He totaled 10 quarterback pressures and two sacks. He also intercepted one pass. Keeping him in-house makes sense. The Raiders also tendered ERFA C Will Putnam and ERFA S Tristin McCollum.

Putnam (6'4/280) got to take in the vibe of Senior Day before watching Clemson handle Duke on Saturday. With that, he has now wrapped up slate of official visits. All three of his finalists -- Clemson, Auburn and Florida State -- received one. Looks like his other two allotted officials will not be utilized. The 247Sports Crystal Ball sees him landing with FSU when all is said and done. On the outlet’s composite board, Putnam ranks as the No. 78 overall prospect in the 2019 class.
