Liberty vs. Dream Game 2 preview
In Game 1, Atlanta powered to win thanks to a mix of starters and bench players with breakout performances.
Starting guard Jordin Canada had 25 points for the Dream while DeWanna Bonner, playing in her eighth game for Atlanta, stepped off the bench and put up 23 points, nine rebounds and two assists. Since acquiring Bonner back in August, the Dream are 8-0.
Bonner replaced an injured Allisha Gray, who left Game 1 with a hand injury. The Dream has not yet released its injury report for Game 2, but Dream head coach Karl Smesko said on Tuesday afternoon that Grey will be out on Wednesday.

“Allisha Gray is out tomorrow … Day to day after that.”
Smesko says he does not have any more than he can share. Gray has an appointment for her finger today.
Despite the loss, Liberty’s Sabrina Ionescu will be looking to repeat her 27-point performance from Game 1 on Wednesday night. That was the highest number of points Ionescu has put up since New York’s August 1 game vs the Phoenix Mercury.
The Liberty will also be looking to limit turnovers in Game 2, after giving up 21 on Sunday.
