Tyasha Harris (knee) is out for the rest of the season.
Harris, who last appeared in a game on May 27, underwent a successful procedure on her left knee Tuesday morning. The veteran guard will miss the remainder of the season, which is a hit to Dallas’ perimeter depth. Rookie JJ Quinerly has played increased minutes off the bench recently, and that should continue with Harris done for the season. Also, Dallas will welcome back Paige Bueckers after she missed three games due to a concussion and an illness. Harris’s absence will be most impactful from a perimeter shooting standpoint, as she made a team-high 45.5 percent of her three-point attempts before the injury.
  • Tyasha Harris (knee) is out for Sunday’s game against the Lynx.
Sunday’s game will be the fifth Harris has missed with a left knee injury. The good news for Dallas is that starter Paige Bueckers (concussion) is on track to return, giving the Wings a much-needed boost on the perimeter. JJ Quinerly has played rotation minutes recently but has not been productive enough to merit being rostered in fantasy leagues.
  • Paige Bueckers (concussion) and Tyasha Harris (knee) are out for Friday’s game against the Sparks.
Bueckers will miss a third straight game due to the league’s concussion protocols, while Friday’s game will be the fourth Harris has missed after injuring her knee. The Wings have struggled without their two rotation point guards, with DiJonai Carrington and Arike Ogunbowale taking on more playmaking responsibilities. Maddy Siegrist will continue to start for Bueckers, which makes her a player worth streaming in deep leagues.
  • Tyasha Harris (knee) is out for Saturday’s game against the Sky.
Harris will miss a second straight game after injuring her knee during Tuesday’s win over the Sun. As a result, Dallas will be without two rotation guards, as starter Paige Bueckers is in the league’s concussion protocol. While Maddy Siegrist may be the best option to move into the starting lineup, there should also be more playing time for Aziaha James or JJ Quinerly.
  • Tyasha Harris (knee) is questionable for Saturday’s game against the Sky.
Injured during Tuesday’s win over the Sun, Harris did not play in Dallas’ loss to the Wings on Thursday. With Paige Bueckers (concussion) already out, getting Harris back would give the Wings a needed personnel boost on the perimeter. Rookies Aziaha James and JJ Quinerly are available if required, but neither has seen much action thus far.
  • Tyasha Harris (knee) is out for Thursday’s game against the Sky.
After injuring her knee during Tuesday’s win over the Sun, Harris will not play Thursday night. While her absence will not have a significant impact on fantasy basketball, it does leave Dallas down a rotation guard. Rookie Aziaha James may pick up additional minutes off the bench, but starters Paige Bueckers, DiJonai Carrington and Arike Ogunbowale remain the focal points.
  • Tyasha Harris (knee) is questionable for Thursday’s game against the Sky.
Harris played eight minutes off the bench in Tuesday’s win over the Sun before having to exit with a knee injury. She may be available for Thursday night, but the veteran guard’s status will not significantly impact fantasy basketball. While rookie Aziaha James picked up a few more minutes in Harris’s absence, the Wings will rely on the trio of Paige Bueckers, DiJonai Carrington and Arike Ogunbowale regardless of what happens with the bench.
  • Tyasha Harris (knee) will not return to Tuesday’s game against the Sun.
Harris injured her knee during the second quarter of Tuesday’s game, exiting with just over seven minutes remaining in the period. Her absence has prompted the Wings to expand their rotation, with rookie Aziaha James picking up minutes off the bench. James is not in a position where she should be rostered in fantasy leagues if Harris misses time.
  • Maddy Siegrist provided a boost off the bench with 12 points (6-of-12 FGs) and nine rebounds against the Dream on Saturday.
Siegrist has now scored in double figures in three of the Wings’ four games so far this season, but she was also able to set a new season high for rebounds in Saturday’s loss. Siegrist was part of the lineup that scored the first 11 points of the fourth quarter after Atlanta led by 18 entering the final frame, and she accounted for six of those points. She was also joined by Teaira McCowan (10 points) and Tyasha Harris (10 points) in scoring in double figures off the bench, which helped keep Dallas in this game while the starters were struggling to score.
