Moore signed a minor league contract with the Blue Jays back in mid-June and posted a lackluster 5.62 ERA, 1.63 WHIP and 29/5 K/BB ratio across 32 innings (10 appearances, six starts) this season between Double-A New Hampshire and Triple-A Buffalo. The 28-year-old righty, who has dealt with injuries the last few years, last appeared in the majors with the Mariners back in 2019.

Moore last appeared in the majors with the Mariners back in 2018. He was limited to just one start last year in the Tigers’ minor-league system due to injury. The soft-tossing 28-year-old righty will provide the Blue Jays with some extra starting pitching depth at Triple-A Buffalo.

Moore inked a minor-league deal with the Tigers during the offseason, but was limited to just one appearance with Single-A Lakeland due to injury this season. The soft-tossing 27-year-old righty will likely have to settle for another minor-league pact this offseason.

The soft-tossing 26-year-old right-hander owns a 5.51 ERA, 1.18 WHIP and 33/9 K/BB ratio over 63 2/3 innings at the major-league level, with nearly all of those frames logged during the 2017 season with the Mariners. He’s also spent time with minor-league affiliates within the Giants and Rays organizations over the last few years. He’ll add much-needed organizational bullpen depth for the Tigers.

Moore is now off the Mariners’ 40-man roster. The 25-year-old right-hander has made just one appearance at the major league level this season and owns a hideous 9.25 ERA across 60 1/3 innings in the minors.

Moore allowed four earned runs over 4 2/3 innings in a spot start with the Mariners on Tuesday night against the Astros. The right-hander will return to a 9.98 ERA in 30 2/3 innings at the Double-A level.

That’s probably about as good as could have been expected, considering that Moore had given up 34 earned runs in 30 2/3 innings in the minors this season. Moore will probably return to Triple-A now.

Moore will make a spot start for the Mariners on Tuesday night against the Astros. He has posted a 9.98 ERA over 30 2/3 innings this season in the minors and makes for an awful fantasy streaming option versus Houston.

Moore came up in the Mariners’ system and pitched 59 innings for them in 2017 before going to the Rays in last year’s Alex Colome trade. He’s posted a rough 14.21 ERA in the minors this season but will turn just 25 next month.

Moore was removed from the 40-man roster to make room for Aaron Altherr who was claimed off of waivers on Saturday. Moore, 24, owns a 5.34 ERA, 1.15 WHIP and 31/8 K/BB ratio over 59 career innings at the big league level. There’s a chance that he could attract interest on waivers as well.
