#MACtion Games Tuesday and Wednesday
We have Ball State at Kent State (-7), plus Buffalo at Ohio (-3) on Tuesday and Central Michigan at Northern Illinois (-4) along with Western Michigan at Bowling Green (-4) on Wednesday.
Be ready for chaos in the MAC!
Below are some fun facts on MAC games played on Saturdays compared to Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
Fun Fact 1: Since 2017, Under is 48-36 (57.1%) and up +7.64 units on Saturday games.
Fun Fact 2: Since 2017, the Over is 25-15-2 (62.5%) and up +7.73 units on Tuesday and Wednesday games.
Fun Fact 3: In 2021, the Over was 6-3 (66.7%) and up +2.45 units last season in MACtion’s Tuesday and Wednesday games. The Over started 5-0 before regressing to 6-3.
Fun Fact 4: Since 2020, Home Favorites are 14-3 on the ML (82.3%) in MACtion’s Tuesday and Wednesday games, but only up +1.55 units. They are 9-8 ATS (52.4% and +0.18 units).
These kids love playing what is basically a Primetime nationally televised game and points have been scored as a result.
While it may not be the best strategy, every season since 2017 has been profitable taking the Over in these games except in 2020, probably because of COVID and no fans in the stands -- taking the excitement out the games.
That is four seasons of profit and one of losing betting Overs on Tuesday and Wednesday’s MACtion.
I think we could see the Overs be profitable once again, so we’re going Over in all four for 1u each. It’s only right.

Pick: Central Michigan at Northern Illinois Over 55.5 (-110)
Pick: Western Michigan at Bowling Green Over 46.5 (-115)
Bowling Green is 6-2 to the Over this season, while Ohio is 5-3 to the Over and Buffalo is 4-4 to the Over.
Kent State, Ball State, Central and Western Michigan are all 5-3 to the Under this season.
