Zach Charbonnet rushed 17 times for 74 yards and a touchdown in the Seahawks Week 18 win over the 49ers, adding three catches for 23 yards on four targets.

Charbonnet scooted past a defensive back on the edge after an impressive seal block by A.J. Barner got him to free space in the first quarter. It wound up being the game’s only touchdown. He finishes the regular season with 12 scores and will get the week off ahead of Seattle’s Divisional Round game against the lowest remaining NFC seed.
Brock Purdy

SF Quarterback #13

Brock Purdy completed 19-of-27 passes for 127 yards and an interception in the 49ers’ 13-3, Week 18 loss to the Seahawks.

Purdy only managed one real drive of any consequence. Leading off the fourth quarter, Purdy had the 49ers in goal-to-go only to watch a double-tipped (by the defensive lineman and Christian McCaffrey) pass land in Drake Thomas’ arms. The 49ers missed Trent Williams, but this was also a case of Kyle Shanahan getting schematically pantsed by Mike MacDonald. Purdy had just 77 yards before that fourth-quarter drive, and was left with a bloodied throwing thumb while taking some huge hits on San Francisco’s final drive. The 49ers will be either the No. 5 seed in the NFC if the Rams lose to Arizona on Sunday or, more likely, the No. 6 seed if the Rams win.
Cade Otton

Cade Otton caught 7-of-9 targets for 94 yards and a touchdown in the Buccaneers’ Week 18 win over Saints.

Calling Otton the top target for Tampa Bay in the passing game is quite the understatement; as no other receiver had 40 yards. The 26-year-old tight end not only had a touchdown, but picked up what was essentially a game-clinching first down late in the game on a connection with Baker Mayfield. Amazingly it was the first touchdown of the season for Otton, but outside of those lack of scores it was a solid season for the fourth-year player. Otton will head to free agency after the season. He could get a chance to find the end zone again in the playoffs, but they’ll need the Saints to upset the Falcons.
Baker Mayfield

TB Quarterback #6

Baker Mayfield completed 16-of-22 passes for 203 yards with a touchdown and an interception in the Buccaneers’ 16-14, Week 18 win over the Panthers, adding 31 yards on four attempts.

Mayfield threw one atrocious interception that led to a Panthers’ touchdown, but outside of that avoided mistakes. The 30-year-old signal-caller’s touchdown pass came to Cade Otton on Tampa Bay’s first drive in the must-win game. Mayfield will need a Saints’ win over the Falcons to move on to the postseason, but he did enough to keep the Bucs alive for at least one more day.

Jordan Schultz reports that Browns HC Kevin Stefanski is believed to be “on the hottest seat” in the organization.

Schultz reports that the Browns are expected to move on from Stefanski either via termination or trade, although Schultz says the latter isn’t a likely outcome. Stefanski has gone 44-56 over his six-plus seasons with Cleveland including a 4-12 record in 2025, but he likely will be one of the top candidates on the open market for several jobs if the Browns do move on.
George Kittle

George Kittle (ankle) is active for Week 18 against the Seahawks.

Kittle was limited all week in practice, but it’s no surprise that the 32-year-old will go in a must-win game for the 49ers if they want to win the division, and they do. With no Ricky Pearsall, Kittle could be inline for an even bigger amount of targets against the tough Seattle defense.

49ers declared LT Trent Williams (hamstring), WR Ricky Pearsall (knee), RB Isaac Guerendo, DE Robert Beal Jr., DT Kevin Givens, LB Curtis Robinson and CB Chase Lucas inactive for Week 18 against the Seahawks.

The 49ers will be shorthanded without Pearsall and Williams, but George Kittle (ankle) will be active for the massive contest against the Seahawks. The hope is that both will be back for the 49ers’ first playoff game either on the road or after a bye if San Francisco can win Saturday night.

Buccaneers T Tristan Wirfs (toe) and WR Chris Godwin (illness) are active for Week 18 against the Panthers.

Wirfs has been battling a turf toe injury but makes his return to the active roster just in time for a must-win game against the divisional rival Panthers with a potential playoff spot on the line. The Buccaneers need to beat the Panthers and have the Saints beat the Falcons to back their way into the postseason. Also active is Godwin after the veteran receiver was added to the injury report earlier Saturday with an illness. Inactive for the Buccaneers are QB Connor Bazelak, CB Jamel Dean, G Elijah Klein, OLB Anthony Nelson, WR Sterling Shepard, and DL Elijah Simmons.
Breece Hall

NYJ Running Back #20

Jets downgraded RB Breece Hall (knee) to out for Week 18 against the Bills.

Hall’s season ends with 1,065 yards on the ground on 243 carries, good for a respectable 4.4 yards per carry mark. He added 350 yards and a touchdown on 36 receptions, bringing his season total to five scores. Hall played the 2025 season on the final year of his initial four-year rookie contract and is expected to draw significant interest in the offseason market, meaning he could have played his final snap as a member of the Jets.
Chris Godwin

TB Wide Receiver #14

Buccaneers added WR Chris Godwin (illness) to the injury report Saturday but he is expected to play in Week 18 against the Panthers.

Godwin is caught up in the sickness sweeping the league, with the team adding him to the injury report Saturday. ESPN’s Adam Schefter reports that the veteran receiver is expected to play as the Buccaneers fight to keep their season alive against the Panthers later today, giving quarterback Baker Mayfield his full compliment of pass-catching weapons in the must-win game. We’ll get final word when the team releases inactives 90 minutes prior to first kick.
