Kaufman

Kaufman (6-foot-5, 216) hauled in 221 passes for 3,731 yards (16.9 YPR) and 33 touchdowns in four seasons with the Eagles. A Riley Cooper or Kris Durham type, Kaufman is big and long and projects as a potential red-zone threat. Unfortunately, Kaufman’s 4.67 forty time puts a lid on his NFL ceiling. The Bills used two Day 2 draft picks on wideouts in Robert Woods and Marquise Goodwin.

Kaufman attempted to convert to tight end this offseason, but never had a realistic chance at making the 53-man roster. An undrafted free agent in 2013, he spent the majority of last year on Buffalo’s practice squad.

Kaufman was already big for a receiver at 6-foot-5 and 215 pounds but now tips the scales at 245. He was signed as a priority undrafted free agent following last year’s draft out of Eastern Washington. Kaufman ran a 4.67 forty last winter. He faces long odds of making the 53-man roster.
