49ers signed LS Brian Jennings to a five-year contract extension through 2014.
The one-time Pro Bowler is tied with LB Jeff Ulbrich as the longest-tenured 49er, dating back to the Steve Mariucci days. Perhaps he’ll see another playoff game before the end of this deal.
