Even though Jock Sanders was arrested for the second time in less than a year last weekend, there is still a chance he can be a part of West Virginia’s football program this season.Provided he can get back into the good graces of head coach Bill Stewart, of course.According to the Charleston Gazette, Stewart is willing to give the wide receiver what would be a third chance, provided he takes the steps necessary to turn his life around. What that entails, exactly, is uncertain, but it could involve clearing up his legal issues and getting help for an alcohol “issue” if he indeed has one."Once everything is laid to rest, then we’ll look at it, talk about it and see where he wants to go,” Stewart said. “If he’s serious about doing something and turning this thing around, he deserves a chance to do it. But this is the second time. He has to prove to me that he’s ready to do things the right way."The sophomore wide receiver was arrested and charged with drunk driving this past weekend. Last year, he and three other West Virginia players pleaded no contest to battery charges stemming from a fight outside a Morgantown night club.
