The Italian lawyer prick who runs ProFootballTalk.com reported on Saturday night that Weis already had cleaned out his office before the season-ending game against Stanford.
With expectations of nine or more wins this season, the Irish won only six games and lost six, including four in a row to end the season.
Cincinnati coach Brian Kelly recently said that a decision regarding his status as a candidate for the job would be made soon.
