Word at the Combine is that Florida State WR De’Cody Fagg suffered two torn knee ligaments or a dislocated kneecap Sunday.
Fagg’s career could sadly be over before it starts, and he’s certain to not get drafted now. He was projected as a late-round pick.

Florida State WR De’Cody Fagg injured his knee or leg at the Combine on Sunday.
Fagg had to be removed on a stretcher. Profootballtalk.com is hearing rumors that he “blew out his knee.” Fagg, a toolsy wideout whose production suffered due to poor QB play at FSU, was a projected day two pick.

Florida State WR De’Cody Fagg was seen at the RCA Dome on crutches after suffering a leg injury early Sunday.
Fagg injured himself during a receiving drill. The extent of his injury is still unclear, but all indications so far point to it being serious. An NFC coach called it “one of the worst injuries I’ve ever seen” and a scout said it could end Fagg’s career. The Combine offers an insurance policy for players injured during workouts, but it doesn’t cover potential future lost wages.

Free agent WR De’Cody Fagg had a tryout with the Dolphins early this week.
Miami didn’t sign him, but will take another look at FSU’s March 16 Pro Day. Fagg, who tore two knee ligaments and dislocated his kneecap in a drill at the NFL Combine last year, would be a nice story if he makes a pro club.
