A second-year UDFA out of Miami (OH), Costin actually started nine games as a rookie. Then the Jags cleaned house and Costin did not do enough to impress the new coaching staff. On the older side for a sophomore, Costin turns 24 in October. His starting experience will nevertheless get him calls on the workout circuit.
