Nolan Arenado went 1-for-3 with a two-run homer against the Padres on Tuesday.
Arenado’s only hit of the game put the D-backs on the board with a two-run homer off Germán Márquez in the seventh inning to break the shutout. It was the 16th home run of the season for the 35-year-old third baseman. He’s on pace for his best power output since 2023. Arenado is hitting .244/.325/.428 with 53 runs scored and 53 RBI across 418 plate appearances.
