Okamoto winds up being scratched for the second straight game due to a knee issue. It’s fair to wonder if he’ll require a trip to the injured list or the Blue Jays are merely being cautious. It’ll be rookie Charles McAdoo, who homered in his return to the big leagues on Monday night, taking over at third base once again.

Anthony isn’t quite ready yet, but he’s on the precipice of facing live pitching again, according to Tracy. There was some optimism that Perdomo would be able to give it a go after making an early exit from Monday’s series opener with left knee soreness. The 26-year-old receives some additional time off to rest and recover with veteran Ildemaro Vargas taking over at shortstop with recently acquired Lars Nootbaar moving up to the leadoff spot in his absence. Perdomo appears likely to avoid the injured list and remains day-to-day for now.

Harper is back patrolling right field after being limited to DH in three of Philadelphia’s last four games as a result of knee soreness. It doesn’t appear to be a massive concern, but fantasy managers should continue to monitor his status over the final few weeks, especially since playing right field on a regular basis is going to result in more wear and tear than usual.
