Austin Warren will start Monday’s game against the Mariners.
Warren has been extremely effective out of the bullpen with a 1.40 ERA, but the 30-year-old has not worked more than two innings in any of his relief appearances in 2026. He likely will give way to a bulk pitcher at some point, or it will just be a straight bullpen game.
  • STL Left Fielder #27

Cardinals activated OF Nathan Church off the 10-day injured list.
Church missed a little over two weeks with his left shoulder strain. He’s up and will take over as the starter in center, with Victor Scott II heading to Triple-A Memphis to make room for Church on the active roster.
Soderstrom 'turning the corner' amid hot streak
Tyler Soderstrom's two-HR day was just the latest sign that the Athletics' slugger is in the middle of a hot streak. Eric Samulski says fantasy managers should expect the ball to "fly off his bat" as summer rolls on.
  • MIN Center Fielder #25
Byron Buxton (shoulder) is leading off and playing centerfield against the Tigers on Tuesday.
Buxton missed the previous two games while dealing with a shoulder contusion. The 32-year-old will likely see some maintenance days over the summer, but it’s great to see the right-handed hitting slugger back at it for the series opener against Detroit.
  • BOS 2nd Baseman #48
Red Sox optioned INF Anthony Seigler to Triple-A Worchester.
Seigler is down after spending a few days with Boston, and it clears room for Garrett Whitlock (knee) on the active roster. Seigler likely will be back before the summer ends.
  • BOS Relief Pitcher #22
Red Sox activated RHP Garrett Whitlock from the 15-day injured list.
Whitlock missed just the minimum 15-day stint after being diagnosed with left knee inflammation. He’ll be one of the key cogs in the bullpen again as a bridge to Aroldis Chapman now that he’s healthy enough to pitch in that role.
  • SEA Shortstop #3
J.P. Crawford underwent a CT scan on his right hand before Tuesday’s game against the Orioles.
Crawford and the Mariners are still awaiting the results of that scan. The 31-year-old was placed on the injured list with a contusion on his right hand prior to Monday’s game against Baltimore, and while some swelling has subsided, he still can’t grip a bat this point. How long Crawford will be out will at least in part be determined by the results of that imaging.
  • PIT Shortstop #85
Konnor Griffin (forearm) is expected to resume throwing Wednesday.
Griffin is currently on the injured list with a right flexor tendon strain, and while testing revealed that his absence will be longer than anticipated, it is positive news that the 20-year-old will be able to toss the ole baseball back and forth. The Pirates aren’t going to take any chances with Griffin, and fantasy managers should be prepared to be without the infielder for the long haul.
  • SEA Shortstop #85
Colt Emerson (back) is not in the starting lineup for Tuesday’s game against the Orioles.
Emerson was scratched from Monday’s lineup due to tightness in his back. He’ll miss at least one more game, and Cole Young will move over from second to shortstop with Ryan Bliss handling keystone duties.
  • TB 1st Baseman #8
Jonathan Aranda is not in the starting lineup against the Red Sox on Tuesday.
Aranda has been a constant for Tampa Bay in 2026, but the 28-year-old will get a rare breather against southpaw Payton Tolle on Tuesday. Ryan Vilade will get the start at first base and hit cleanup while Aranda rests.
  • LAD Catcher #16
Will Smith (neck) is not in the starting lineup for Tuesday’s game against the Pirates.
Smith will miss his third straight game while dealing with stiffness in his neck. He’ll sit with Dalton Rushing earning another start behind the plate in Smith’s absence.
  • TB Left Fielder #14
Chandler Simpson (thumb) is hitting third and playing left field against the Red Sox on Tuesday.
Simpson missed three straight games while dealing with a thumb bruise, but the 25-year-old is back in the middle of the lineup against southpaw Payton Tolle and the Boston bullpen.
