Hall was initially mentioned as being week-to-week when he was diagnosed with his quad injury, so he was never really considered a candidate to play in Week 4 despite the team waiting until the end of the week to rule him out. With Hall out, the Jets will look to Braelon Allen to handle most of the backfield duties. Allen will profile as a solid RB2 candidate with a chance for more upside in what could be a high-volume day against the Bears. In addition to Hall, the Jets also ruled out OG Dylan Parham (knee), TE Mason Taylor (thumb), and LB Kiko Mauigoa (quad) for Week 4.
  • NYJ Wide Receiver #15
Mitchell was a DNP in Wednesday’s and Thursday’s practices, so the team’s decision to rule him out on Friday doesn’t come as a surprise. Mitchell will now aim to return in Week 5 against the Browns. Rookie tight end Kenyon Sadiq, who saw a season-high eight targets last week in Mitchell’s absence, will be on the fantasy radar as a fringe TE1 with Mitchell again sidelined.
  • WAS Tight End #85
After missing the last two games with a hamstring injury, Okonkwo will suit up when the Commanders take on the Colts in London. The 27-year-old tight end caught 2-of-3 targets for 16 yards in the Commanders’ Week 1 loss to the Eagles and ran 22 routes before exiting late in the third quarter. He has the chance to turn into a meaningful contributor in Washington’s passing game, but fantasy managers shouldn’t rush to put him in their lineups until we get a better sense of his role over the next few weeks. In addition to Okonkwo, Quinn also said LB Frankie Luvu (groin) would return in Week 4.
  • CHI Quarterback #17
While head coach Ben Johnson will do his best to keep his QB1 for Week 4’s game against the Jets under wraps, it’s hard to slip things past all the reporters who are present during the media portion of practice. With reports that Bagent, who is listed as the Bears’ QB2 on the depth chart, is taking first-team reps, it’s safe to assume things are trending toward him making the start this week. We may not get a clear answer from the team on who the starter will be until kickoff, which makes both Bagent and Case Keenum hard to trust for fantasy managers who may have been considering them in 2QB/Superflex leagues.
  • WAS Quarterback #8
Jayden Daniels felt like a long shot to play despite traveling with the team to London and logging back-to-back limited practices to start the week. Now, Quinn has confirmed that Mariota will get at least one more start before Daniels possibly returns in Week 5 to face the Giants. Mariota led the Commanders to an upset win over the Seahawks in Week 3, throwing for 183 yards and three touchdowns, and now faces a Colts defense that was torched in Weeks 1 and 2 by Lamar Jackson and Patrick Mahomes. While we shouldn’t expect Mariota to put up numbers like Jackson and Mahomes, he will be firmly on the streaming radar in 2QB/Superflex leagues.
  • WAS Quarterback #5
Daniels traveled with the team to London and was a limited participant in practice on Wednesday and Thursday, but the team will err on the side of caution with Daniels, who is recovering from a dislocated elbow he suffered in Week 2 against the Cowboys. He’ll presumably log another limited practice on Friday, which could put him in line to return for Week 5’s game against the Giants, but it will be Marcus Mariota drawing the start on Sunday morning when the Commanders take on the Colts.
  • CLE Defensive Tackle #94
Graham will undergo an MRI on Friday to confirm the severity of his injury, but Rapoport reports that the Browns think Graham “dodged a bullet” here. Graham has been a stud for the suddenly 3-1 Browns in his second season, racking up 15 tackles, six TFLs, and four sacks in his four games played. We’ll see what the MRI reveals, but if Graham is able to avoid a stint on injured reserve, it would be safe to assume the team believes he could make it back in three weeks or sooner.
  • CLE Wide Receiver

Boston has now led the Browns in receiving in three of the team’s first four games, made more impressive by the fact that those were the first four contests of the youngster’s professional career. The second-round rookie continues to flash big play potential after catching his third pass of 46 yards or longer, this time unable to find the end zone after scoring twice in his first two games. Boston still has room to grow considering he has seen just 22 targets in the first month of the season, and could reward fantasy managers that invested late-round picks in his services handsomely in the second half of his rookie year. He’ll be an upside FLEX option against the Jets in Week 5.

  • CLE Running Back #10
The rushing efficiency remains a big issue for Judkins and the Cleveland ground game, this time overcoming just 3.1 yards per carry with a short touchdown plunge and significant involvement through the air. The end result was the first start-worthy fantasy line for Judkins through four games. The poor performances on the ground don’t appear to be in line for remedy ahead of a Week 5 meeting with the Jets, although Judkins could be headed for another robust workload considering the expected game environment between two teams whose identity is driven by their defense. He’ll be a volume-driven RB2 after seeing 27 of 32 available running back opportunities against the Steelers.
  • CLE Quarterback #4
Watson made very few mistakes through the air against a solid Pittsburgh defense, although a third quarter fumble on a scramble attempt and a fourth quarter interception on tipped pass at the line of scrimmage allowed the Steelers the runway to make the game interesting late. Watson also badly missed a wide open Harold Fannin on a third down play that would have allowed the Browns to ice the game, instead giving the ball back to Aaron Rodgers with under four minutes to play while up eight points. Rodgers would work his late-game magic to knot the game at 24 before Watson drove the Browns into field goal range to set up the go-ahead kick with 10 seconds on the clock. Watson had a 20-yard carry wiped from his ledger due to penalty that would have padded his counting stats further. The two turnovers notwithstanding, Watson played a largely clean game that saw the Browns improve to 3-1, currently alone atop the AFC North, pending the outcomes of the Ravens and Bengals games Sunday. The Browns turn the page to a Week 5 meeting with the Jets, where Watson will remain a surprising high-end QB2 in fantasy circles.
