This article aims to highlight some of the best NBA DFS Plays at every position for your cash game lineups. Keep in mind that the following player write-ups were constructed earlier in the day, and sometimes injury/rest situations can alter the fantasy landscape. Monitoring our NBA News & Headlines Feed throughout the day will keep you in the loop while giving you the subsequent DFS consequences of each information piece.
We’ll take a look at Tuesday’s six-game main slate starting at 7:00 ET.
POINT GUARD
Cade Cunningham - Detroit (at Chicago) - DK: $7,800 / FD: $6,500 / Yahoo: $28
Cunningham is fresh off a cool 49 fantasy point showing despite a tough matchup against Utah. Tonight’s date with Chicago doesn’t exactly jump off the screen, but the rookie could keep his momentum with another impressive statline. Cunningham will be forced into heavy usage once again with Jerami Grant still out for the Pistons. The rookie isn’t nearly as expensive as Ja Morant or Stephen Curry, but he could reasonably provide better value.
Also Consider: D’Angelo Russell, Reggie Jackson

SHOOTING GUARD
Josh Giddey - Oklahoma City (at Washington) - DK: $6,900 / FD: $6,600 / Yahoo: $27
I love Giddey’s ability to produce in every statistical category. He’s a triple-double threat who has flexed 38+ FP upside twice in his last four games. That includes an incredible 62 FP showing against the Mavericks at the turn of the year. Now Giddey finds himself in another strong matchup at Washington, who ranks 20th in defensive efficiency to shooting guards.
Also Consider: Zach LaVine
SMALL FORWARD
DeMar DeRozan - Chicago (vs. Detroit) - DK: $8,700 / FD: $8,200 / Yahoo: $38
DeRozan isn’t cheap, but he’s definitely set up for success tonight. He only needs an average game around 40 fantasy points to reach value. DeRozan has been cooking lately with a solid 42 FPPG mark over his last ten games. There’s a good chance he’ll top that against a Detroit team that ranks 24th in defensive efficiency to small forwards. Put it all together, and DeRozan makes for a strong DFS pick through all formats.
Also Consider: Brandon Ingram
POWER FORWARD
Marcus Morris - LA Clippers (vs. Denver) - DK: $6,700 / FD: $6,900 / Yahoo: $22
Paul George and Isaiah Hartenstein are still out for the Clippers. That will force Morris to step up in the LAC frontcourt, a role he has embraced for 40+ fantasy points in two of his last three games. Sure, Morris has been up-and-down in that spot, but a competitive game against the Nuggets should bring out the best in him. There’s a great chance he’ll blow away his mid-range salary.
Also Consider: Kyle Kuzma
CENTER
Jonas Valanciunas - New Orleans (vs. Minnesota) - DK: $7,000 / FD: $7,400 / Yahoo: $27
Minnesota has struggled against opposing big men all year. Valanciunas should be able to get the best of them tonight. The Wolves rank 29th in defensive efficiency to centers and 22nd in rebound rate this season. Valanciunas is a traditional big man who could beat them on the glass. In fact, the Pelicans’ center is averaging 18 points and 15 rebounds in three games against Minnesota this season. He could keep that up at home tonight, creating a nice DFS opportunity through all formats.
Also Consider: Nikola Jokic, Deandre Ayton
POTENTIAL BARGAINS
Monte Morris (PG - DEN) is still reasonably cheap as a fine value option at point guard. Morris has been up and down lately, but he’s still locked into a 30-32 minute role for the Nuggets, creating a value opportunity against a Clippers team that ranks 26th in defensive efficiency to point guards.
Josh Jackson (SG - DET) is another potential bargain for the Pistons. He should see around 25 minutes for a near-minimum salary. Jackson has notched 29+ fantasy points in two of his last five games in that role.
