Titans declared LB Cedric Gray (concussion) inactive for Tennessee’s Week 1 game against the Jets.

He was ruled out on Friday and the only person who made it to Tennessee’s final injury report of the week. The healthy scratches here are RB Nick Singleton, LB Owen Pappoe, CB Jaylon Jones, G Atonio Mafi, T Brandon Crenshaw-Dickson and DT Jackie Marshall.
How Stribling's ankle injury impacts 49ers WRs
Kyle Dvorchak details the injury implications after De'Zhaun Stribling suffered an ankle injury in Week 1 and which 49ers playmakers are in for a boost for the short-term.

Jets declared CB D’Angelo Ponds (calf) inactive for New York’s Week 1 game against the Titans.

Ponds had a doubtful status despite three limited practices this week and looks to be questionable for Week 2, when he’ll again try to make his NFL Debut. Also inactive for the Jets are: KR Kene Nwangwu (back), K Blake Grupe, LB Trevin Wallace and ED Joseph Ossai (foot.) Ossai is regarded as week-to-week and Nwangwu’s back was a surprise Friday listing on the injury report.

Ravens declared WR Devontez Walker, WR Elijah Sarratt, CB Chandler Rivers, LB Teddye Buchanan, OG Emery Jones, DT Nnamdi Madubuike, and QB Joe Fagnano inactive for Week 1 against the Colts.

Walker (groin) entered the weekend with a questionable tag, but will be held out of the season opener, while both Madubuike and Buchanan were ruled out on Friday. The Ravens enter Week 1 at near full strength as they prepare to usher in the Jesse Minter era in Baltimore after being led by former head coach John Harbaugh the previous 19 seasons.

Sean Tucker (hamstring) is inactive for Week 1 against the Bengals.

Tucker’s expected absence is a nice little boost for Bucky Irving as he looks to shore up his RB2 value following a disastrous 2025. Kenneth Gainwell is unlikely to battle Iriving for goal-line handles. Seeing as Tucker received a “doubtful” tag for Week 1, he’s likely on the wrong side of questionable for Week 2, but his return will at least be a possibility.

Browns declared QB Taylen Green, LB Justin Jefferson, CB Noah Igbinoghene, S Daniel Thomas, Toriano Pride Jr., C Parker Brailsford, and G Teven Jenkins inactive for Week 1 against the Jaguars.

Jenkins missed the last two practices of Week 1 with a back injury that flared up. He is the starting right guard for the Browns’ offensive line but will now miss this week against the Jaguars. The other injury inactive is backup center Parker Brailsford (thumb), who got in some limited practices but is not healthy enough to be active just yet. Rookie Taylen Green will serve as the team’s emergency third quarterback.

Alvin Kamara (knee) is inactive for Week 1 against the Lions.

Kamara practiced in full this week, but the Saints are going to give him at least seven more days to get fully healthy. Kendre Miller will back up Travis Etienne. Also inactive for the Saints are TE Oscar Delp, QB Zach Wilson, OL Mason Murphy, EDGE Cameron Jordan, DL John Ridgeway III, and DL Khristian Boyd.

Rome Odunze (calf) is active for Week 1 against the Panthers.

Odunze missed some practice time this week with the calf issue and was considered questionable headed into the weekend. He could see his snaps and routes limited if the calf is still bothering him. Odunze should be considered a high-variance flex option with a frightening floor against the Panthers. Bears declared QB Tyson Bagent, QB Miller Moss, S Xavier Woods, OT Ozzy Trapilo, DE Jamree Kromah, and OL Jordan McFadden inactive for the team’s season opener.

Jalen McMillan (knee) is inactive for Week 1 against the Bengals.

As is Sean Tucker (hamstring). McMillan’s immediate absence will force the Bucs to dig in to their young receiving depth earlier than they would have liked, but rookie Ted Hurst is not a bad fall-back option for the club. For fantasy managers, however, Hurst is not yet an option even in 14-team leagues. Also inactive for the Bucs are OT Justin Skule, CB Ayden Garnes, DL DeMonte Capehart, DL Elijah Simmons and OG Billy Schrauth.

Lions declared S Christian Izien, EDGE Ahmed Hassanein, CB Ennis Rakestraw, LB Jimmy Rolder, and DT Mekhi Wingo inactive for Week 1 against the Saints.

Izien was dealing with a groin issue this week and received a questionable designation on Friday. The Lions are otherwise a fairly healthy team headed into Week 1.

Bills declared RB Ty Johnson (hamstring) inactive for Buffalo’s Week 1 game against the Texans.

He came on to the practice field for the first time since suffering the injury in training camp on Friday, but it was too little, too late. Ray Davis will likely pick up extra snaps and James Cook will be more involved in the passing game in Week 1 in a tough matchup. Also inactive for the Bills are: WR Skyler Bell, OT Jude Bowry, G Ar’maj Reed-Adams, DL T.J. Sanders, OLB Mike Danna and S Jalon Kilgore.
