Broncos ruled out Pat Surtain (ankle) in Week 4 against the 49ers.

Surtain went down with a lower leg injury late in the second half and needed help getting to the Denver locker room. It was a non-contact injury. The Broncos also lost starting corner Riley Moss. Extended absences for Moss and Surtain would make the Broncos vulnerable to most opposing passing attacks, including the Chargers in Week 5.

Ladd McConkey (foot) has been ruled out for the rest of Week 4 against the Seahawks.

McConkey was questionable to play in this contest, and aggravated the injury in the first half. The wideouts next chance to play will be in Week 5 against Denver, but obviously he’s far from a guaranteed go for that game. He finished Week 4 with no catches on two targets.

Ashton Jeanty exited in the third quarter of Week 4’s game against the Chiefs.

We’re waiting for an official diagnosis on this, but Jeanty appeared to have his leg rolled up on by a defender while being tackled in the backfield. Jeanty was seen walking gingerly to the field after going down and was tended to by trainers. Rookie Mike Washington will takeover in Jeanty’s absence.

Makai Lemon caught 3-of-6 targets for 27 yards in the Eagles’ Week 4 loss to the Rams.

Lemon moved up a spot in the targets pecking order with DeVonta Smith sidelined, but it resulted in the same quiet box score he posted the first three weeks of his career. The No. 20 overall pick is now sitting on 10 receptions for a scoreless 65 yards through his first four NFL appearances. There has yet to be any light at the tunnel with regards to either his usage or the Eagles’ overall offensive environment. Even with byes beginning and injuries mounting, Lemon is not a recommended WR4 heading into Week 5 against the Jaguars.

Bills head coach Joe Brady said he wants to find a way to get more targets for Dalton Kincaid.

Kincaid had just two targets in Sunday’s loss to the Patriots after seeing three looks last week against the Chargers. He’s cooled off considerably after a hot start to the 2026 season. “There’s no reason Dalton Kincaid should have two targets, especially with the flow of the game and how that goes,” a visibly frustrated Brady said after Buffalo’s Week 4 loss. “Gotta find a way to get the ball in his hands and do a better job of that.” Against the Patriots Kincaid was targeted on just 8 percent of his routes. He’ll look to bounce back next week against the Rams.

Matthew Golden caught 3-of-7 targets for 21 yards and a touchdown in the Packers’ Week 4 win over the Bucs.

Jordan Love couldn’t get the deep ball going in this game, resulting in Golden’s worst game of the season by catches and yards. For fantasy purposes, a two-yard score in the second quarter made the quiet day a non-issue. Golden still led the team in targets, tied with Tucker Kraft, so the usage was as strong as ever. He is working his way into the WR2 ranks ahead of his Week 5 matchup with the Bears.

Ladd McConkey is questionable to return in Week 4 against the Seahawks with his foot injury.

McConkey didn’t catch either of his targets in the first half before exiting, with one of those a drop. The 24-year-old was questionable to play in this contest, and it seems more likely than not that his day is done.
