Tarver oversaw an hysterically-bad 49ers linebacker corps this season, but it could hardly be considered his fault. The Niners had zero talent. Tarver coordinated the Raiders’ defense from 2012-14. The Redskins are interviewing underwhelming candidates as they look to replace Joe Barry.

Diggs didn’t catch any passes in the first half on his three targets, but “bounced back” in the final two quarters to turn a disaster of a game into a middling one. The wideout was able to score two touchdowns in Week 2 against Dallas, but was closer to non-factor than threat against a tougher Seattle defense. He’ll look to rebound and find the end zone again as the second option behind Terry McLaurin against the Colts in London in Week 4.

With the Titans struggling to amass more than a handful of first downs, John Harbaugh was more than happy to grind out three yards per carry with his lead back for the better part of four quarters. Skattebo’s only explosive play came on a downfield shot from Jameis Winston. Skattebo got open deep while Winston fled the pocket and the two connected for a 30-yard gain. That alone was enough to make Skattebo the team’s leading receiver. Skattebo’s strong workload will keep him in the RB2 ranks for Week 4 against the Cardinals, even though the offensive environment has taken a massive hit with Jaxson Dart out for the regular season.

With Eli Raridon sidelined, Henry still wasn’t part of the Patriots’ passing attack. Drake Maye threw one of his two picks on an end zone target to Henry. With seven catches through three games, Henry should remain on waiver wires ahead of the team’s Week 4 game against Buffalo.

Evans exited in the second quarter of the 49ers’ Week 3 game against the Cardinals after taking a hard hit to the torso. The veteran entered the day questionable with a hip injury but played and had a productive day before leaving. Evans caught three passes for 34 yards and a touchdown at the time of his departure, pitching one of his catches to Deebo Samuel for a hook-and-ladder touchdown. The team ruled Evans out after halftime with a rib injury.

Worthy was also shaken up by a big hit but was never announced with an injury. Patrick Mahomes attempted only 24 passes this afternoon, but that’s still a disappointing target total for the third-year pro. 23-year-old Worthy is now sitting on just 10 catches for 63 yards through the Chiefs’ first three games. Even with this offense showing major year-over-year improvement, it’s getting harder to keep the WR4 faith with Worthy. The Raiders are a plus Week 4 matchup in Vegas.

Williams was technically the team’s No. 2 receiver today because of the absence of Adonai Mitchell. The role amounted to almost no presence in the box score as Geno Smith simply peppered his tight ends with the targets left behind by Mitchell. Williams is not on the fantasy radar for Week 4 despite the uptick in snaps.

Both Kelce’s catches and targets were his fewest of the young season, though he made them count on an afternoon where Patrick Mahomes dropped back only 25 times. Kelce notched a 48-yard catch-and-run on the first offensive play of the game, then finished off the Chiefs’ last real drive of the game with an 11-yard touchdown grab in the back of the end zone. Why he went so long between looks can be a question for another day. Sitting on 231 yards receiving through the Chiefs’ first three games, Kelce will remain a strong TE1 for Week 4 in Vegas.

Douglas was second on the team in targets behind only Mack Hollins, who saw nine looks from Drake Maye. Douglas got open and made a nice grab for his 38-yard gain — one of the only big plays for the struggling New England offense on Sunday. Though Douglas is playing a decent snap share, he should remain on waivers in most formats ahead of the Patriots’ Week 4 game against Buffalo.
