Saints restructured DT David Onyemata’s and OT James Hurst’s contracts, saving $7 million against the cap.

New Orleans’ long march toward cap space continues. Onyemata is scheduled to be a free agent in 2023, so this move likely sent bonus money into dummy years, almost ensuring the Saints will be doing this same dance with someone else next March.

Dyami Brown caught 3-of-4 targets for 65 yards in the Commanders’ Week 4 loss to the Colts.

Third-string quarterback Athan Kaliakmanis took over early in this game and the two backups quickly formed a connection. Kaliakmanis hit him on a 48-yard strike in the third quarter for the team’s longest offensive play of the day. Kaliakmanis couldn’t get much else going, but the long catch alone was enough to lead the Commanders in receiving yards. By targets, Brown was still the team’s WR3, so fantasy managers shouldn’t worry about adding him off the waiver wire ahead of Week 5.

Kyle Dvorchak unpacks Denzel Boston's recent performances and emphasizes that he's been the "biggest beneficiary," of the Cleveland Browns' success this season.

Ed Oliver is questionable to return with a knee injury.

It’s unclear when Oliver got hurt or what happened. He was on the bench without a helmet for a few drives before heading into the locker room. The Bills are down 21-17, and without T.J. Sanders as well, so they can’t afford to lose Oliver.

Chiefs declared TE Jared Wiley, QB Garrett Nussmeier, DB Jadon Canady, DE Jack Pyburn, OT Diego Pounds, and OT Josh Simmons inactive for Week 4 against the Raiders.

There’s nothing surprising here. The only injury is to Simmons, who was ruled out before the weekend and will once again be replaced by Kahlil Benson, who has yet to allow a sack in three games this season.

Mack Hollins is questionable to return with a calf injury

Hollins went down when he cut to the sideline on an out route. He had to hobble off the field and was immediately taken into the locker room. The Patriots have not ruled him out yet, but we’d be surprised if he returned today. Romeo Doubs should continue to see the vast majority of targets.

Raiders TE Brock Bowers (knee/illness) will play in Week 4 against the Chiefs.

Despite being questionable with a knee injury and an illness that was announced early Sunday, Bowers is active in what’s a surprisingly pivotal Week 4 matchup between undefeated AFC West teams. Bowers caught 10 passes for 116 yards and a touchdown on 14 targets last week and will be a high-end TE1 this week. While Bowers is active, the Raiders did declare QB Aidan O’Connell, CB Darrell Luter Jr., S Tristin McCollum, OL Jackson Powers-Johnson, and DT Jonah Laulu inactive for Week 4.

Austin Ekeler rushed four times for 29 yards in the Commanders’ Week 4 loss to the Colts, adding one catch for 11 yards.

Ekeler made his 2026 debut in London and immediately operated as the Commanders’ backup with Rachaad White out. The team did, however, give four running backs multiple touches in this game. Ekeler’s role could grow as he gets more reps under his belt this year, but he could just as easily be made inactive once White is healthy. He’s only worth stashing in the deepest of leagues.

Lamar Jackson (ankle) is questionable to return in Week 4 against the Titans.

Lamar was sacked on the Ravens’ final play of the first half. His ankle got caught under Titans EDGE Jermaine Johnson on the play, and when the Ravens took the field in the third quarter, it was backup Tyler Huntley who was under center. With the Ravens holding a 24-7 lead, it wouldn’t be surprising if the Ravens opted to play it safe with Jackson and keep him out for the remainder of this one.

Bengals WR Ja’Marr Chase (concussion) will not return Week 4 against the Jaguars.

Chase exited in the first half after his facemask was pulled by a Jaguars defender and his head slammed against the ground. He headed to the locker room to be evaluated for the concussion and was promptly ruled out coming out of halftime. Chase’s day ends after catching three targets for 27 yards. Tee Higgins will see a big boost in targets with Chase out while Dohnte Meyers will also see an uptick in usage.

Jacory Croskey-Merritt rushed nine times for 15 yards in the Commanders’ Week 4 loss to the Colts, adding two catches for 35 yards.

Bill was surprisingly involved through the air, seeing four targets, one of which he took down the sideline for a 35-yard gain early in the match. On the other hand, three different Commanders backup running backs touched the ball today. Austin Ekeler led the way with four carries. Kaytron Allen and Craig Reynolds combined for another five attempts. The Commanders have had commitment issues with Croskey-Merritt dating back to his rookie season and nothing has changed this year. He will be stuck in the back of the RB3 ranks for Week 5 against the Giants.

Vikings declared WR Justin Jefferson, S Jakobe Thomas, QB Max Brosmer, P Brett Thorson, CB Chuck Demmings and DL Elijah Williams inactive for Week 4 against the Dolphins.

Jefferson injured his ankle in Week 3 and reportedly “got close” to returning to the game. Holding him out appears to have been the right call. He did not practice at all this week. ESPN’s Jeremy Fowler reported yesterday that Jefferson is “hopeful” to play in Week 5 against the Saints. Jefferson’s Week 4 absence elevates Jordan Addison to the top receiving role.
