Cowboys placed WR Jonathan Mingo (knee) on injured reserve with a designation to return.

Cowboys DE Payton Turner (ribs) has been placed on injured reserve and will be designated to return as well. Turner reportedly broke multiple ribs in the first preseason game. Mingo suffered a PCL sprain on August 18th and was expected to be sidelined for 4-6 weeks.

Garrett Wilson caught 3-of-4 targets for 27 yards in the Jets’ Week 4 loss to the Bears.

No one on the Jets offense got home for fantasy purposes as the Bears held on to the ball for several long drives in the second half. The Jets possessed the ball for just 17 minutes on the day. Wilson’s four targets led the New York offense, as Geno Smith was limited to a mere 15 pass attempts. Wilson continues to dominate air yards and targets in the Jets offense and should remain in all lineups next week against Cleveland.

Tucker Kraft caught 6-of-7 targets for 42 yards and a touchdown in the Packers’ Week 4 win over the Bucs.

Jordan Love made it a point to get Kraft going in this game, peppering him with easy-button targets throughout the contest. Kraft led the team with a 23 percent target share. His six grabs also led the team and are a new season high. He found the end zone with an impressive toe-dragging catch at the goal line. Kraft is still looking for the explosive play, but the team is getting him more involved every week. He is back in the TE1 ranks after a slow couple of weeks to start the season. Kraft will look to stay hot versus the Bears next week.

Dak Prescott completed 32-of-45 passes for 335 yards and one touchdown in the Cowboys’ 34-30, Week 4 win over the Texans.

He had just 87 passing yards at halftime, but the Cowboys turned up in a major way in the second half by peppering CeeDee Lamb with targets and getting George Pickens matched on Kamari Lassiter to their benefit. Prescott was surgical against the blitz and led a game-winning drive after C.J. Stroud briefly put the Texans up 30-27, leading the Cowboys 74 yards in 1:43 by brutalizing the Texans’ zone coverage. Dak should remain in the QB1 ranks next week against the woeful Buccaneers on Thursday.

Drake Maye completed 22-of-37 passes for 269 yards, three touchdowns, and one interception in a 29-26, Week 4 win over the Bills.

Maye also added 53 yards rushing on eight carries. This was easily the best game of Maye’s season. The Bills had pressure in his face often, but Maye was frequently able to evade pass rushers and pick up chunk gains with his legs. When he did have time to throw, he ripped off big passes downfield and could have even had a bigger day after a potential 40+ yard pass slipped through Romeo Doubs’ hands in the fourth quarter. Maye did wince and grab his right shoulder on one hit, so that will be something to watch during practice this week, but we don’t expect him to miss any time. The bad news is that Maye figures to be without Mack Hollins (calf) in Week 5, and A.J. Brown (ankle) is not yet ready to return, so Maye will play with limited options next week against the Raiders.

Luther Burden III caught 4-of-6 targets for 63 yards in the Bears’ Week 4 win against the Jets, adding one rush for 11 yards.

It was a fine outing for Burden after he showed signs of life in Week 3’s win over the Eagles. Burden was second on the team in targets, trailing Rome Odunze’s seven looks from Tyson Bagent. He ran a few more pass routes than Kalif Raymond, who had two grabs for six yards. Chicago operating as a run-first team is going to necessarily limit Burden’s opportunities, but he should suffice as a WR3/4 in the coming weeks. That includes next week against a middling Green Bay secondary.
