Steelers CB Jalen Ramsey (hamstring) is questionable for Pittsburgh’s Week 6 game against the Browns.

He got in a full session after a pair of DNPs and talked shop with the media, two signs that strongly point to him being available for Week 6. Pittsburgh also has a game next Thursday night so it was likely that Ramsey would miss that game as well if he wasn’t up for Sunday. It seems like the star defensive back will be ready to go on Sunday.

Saints placed Travis Etienne on injured reserve with a hamstring injury.

Pollard 'only viable option' in Titans' offense
Patrick Daugherty and Denny Carter analyze Tony Pollard's production in the Tennessee Titans' offense and believe he's the "only viable option," for fantasy football on the Titans' offense.

Chris Godwin (ankle) practiced in full on Thursday.

Godwin should be expected to play in Week 4 against the Packers at this point, although he has mostly underperformed thus far. Buccaneers OC Zac Robinson said earlier that Godwin Jr. “is a stud and will continue to do his thing. The ball will find him.” That might be harder than one imagines with an undrafted free agent rookie at quarterback.

Bucky Irving (glute) was limited on Thursday.

The Buccaneers’ starting running back is on track to play, but consecutive limited sessions suggest this isn’t something that can simply be written off right now. Irving missed time in the fourth quarter last week with the injury. Earlier today, OC Zac Robinson indicated that the team would like to get RB2 Kenny Gainwell and RB3 Sean Tucker more involved. He cited game flow and poor production as the reasons for Gainwell’s minimal involvement. Neither aspect is guaranteed to change, and the game scripts have already been falling in Gainwell’s favor. Tucker’s range of outcomes might be wider. Regardless, Irving remains the starter and should play in Week 4 against the Packers.

Zay Flowers (hamstring) practiced in full on Thursday.

It’s his first full practice since the leadup to Week 1 and paints a rosy picture for Flowers stepping in as a fantasy WR1 with no limitations on his snap count against the Titans. Flowers may clear the injury report entirely on Friday.

Lamar Jackson (back) practiced in full on Thursday.

NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport mentioned in a hit earlier today that Jackson might continue to be eased up on in practice per his preference throughout the season, so don’t get too concerned if this keeps popping up. It seems like there’s no real doubt he’ll play against the Titans on Sunday.

Jakobi Meyers (thumb) was limited in Thursday’s practice.

No real surprises here; Meyers has played through this thumb listing in two consecutive weeks and will likely be removed from the injury report on Friday.

49ers LT Trent Williams (stinger) resumed practicing on Thursday.

49ers coach Kyle Shanahan said earlier this week that Williams was expected to resume practicing today. The fact that he is on track is a good sign for his Week 4 availability. 49ers LB Dre Greenlaw (bruised quad) is still sidelined.

Tyjae Spears (ankle) was limited in Thursday’s practice.

It’s a little better than he did last week, when Spears only made it on to the practice field on Friday with this same ankle listing. It’s plausible he gets off the questionable line on Friday, but it certainly wouldn’t be surprising if he was listed there again.

Tony Pollard (ankle) practiced in full on Thursday.

The full practice keeps him as a potential RB2/FLEX option against the Ravens for Week 4. Pollard dominated reps in Week 3 with Tyjae Spears active as a game-time decision. Spears looks to be a little better this week, but Pollard should be at the head of the committee still in Week 4.

49ers WR KhaDarel Hodge (knee) did not practice on Thursday.

The 49ers’ injury pileup at wide receiver, has made Hodge mildly relevant. He is on the wrong side of questionable for the team’s Week 4 game against the Broncos, though.
