Jets RB Breece Hall (knee) is questionable to play in Week 18 against the Bills.

When asked if Hall will play, Jets head coach Aaron Glenn said, “we’ll see.” Glenn has played coy with most start-sit decisions in the Jets’ 3-13 season. No reason to stop now. Hall logged just two limited sessions to close the week. He is scheduled to enter free agency at the end of the season. Preserving his health for free agency could be the smart move. He may wish to put his stamp on the season with a strong showing, though. It would be difficult to project his playing time if he is active. Treat him as a volatile RB2 if he suits up. His backup, RB Isaiah Davis (concussion), has been ruled out, leaving Kene Nwangwu (quad) and Khalil Herbert behind Hall.

Emeka Egbuka caught 5-of-9 targets for 62 yards in the Bucs’ Week 3 loss to the Vikings.

Egbuka once again led the Tampa offense in targets and receptions but did not seem to be on the same page with Baker Mayfield. It’s a recurring theme in the early season that might not be worked out any time soon if Mayfield misses time with a hand injury he sustained in the fourth quarter against Minnesota. Egbuka should remain in lineups even if Jadon Daniels gets a start for the Bucs in Week 4 against Miami. He has 141 receiving yards through three games in the dysfunctional Tampa offense.

Kyle Dvorchak breaks down Bijan Robinson's and Drake London's performance against the Green Bay Packers, and the value these two players represent for fantasy managers.

Mike Washington rushed five times for 54 yards and one touchdown in the Raiders’ Week 3 win over the Saints.

Washington looks spry and powerful, as usual, but remains limited to a small workload despite starting RB Ashton Jeanty getting his ankles checked early in the game. Washington scored on the Raiders’ sixth drive on a run up the middle. Initially, it looked like the Saints had him bottled up when he met the linebackers just beyond the line, but Washington kept his legs moving and exploded out to the right and took off down the sideline and into the end zone. The officials initially ruled Washington out of bounds inside the Saints’ one-yard line, but Raiders coach Klint Kubiak challenged the spot and won. Touchdown. Washington remains an elite bench stash and touchdown-dependent FLEX in Week 4 against the Chiefs.

Matt Hibner caught 2-of-2 targets for 23 yards and a touchdown in the Ravens’ Week 3 win over the Cowboys.

Hibner came up with a 21-yard reception in the third quarter, but his biggest play came on a two-yard touchdown pass from Lamar Jackson as the Ravens were driving to take the lead. Hibner found just enough of a soft spot in the zone coverage for Jackson to sneak the pass in for the go-ahead touchdown, and now has three receptions for 36 yards and a touchdown on the season. The rookie fourth-rounder isn’t on the fantasy radar at this time and can be left on waivers ahead of Week 4’s game against the Titans.

Cade Otton caught 3-of-6 targets for 56 yards in the Bucs’ Week 3 loss to the Vikings.

As usual, Otton led the Bucs in pass routes and was second on the team in targets behind Emeka Egbuka. Most of Otton’s production came on a 37-yard catch in the first half. Baker Mayfield narrowly missed the tight end for another long gain later in the contest. Otton’s route involvement should keep him in deep league lineups next week against the Packers, unless Mayfield (hand) is sidelined.

Marvin Harrison Jr. caught 3-of-5 targets for 40 yards in the Cardinals’ Week 3 loss to the 49ers.

Harrison finished the day with a modest 3/40 receiving line, though that represents a small share of the Cardinals’ offensive output on the day. His first target was a declined offensive pass interference on third down and his first reception came in the second quarter. Harrison did make a clutch catch on third-and-long in the fourth quarter but he ultimately saw just five targets on a day where Jacoby Brissett threw 52 passes. Michael Wilson looks like Brissett’s preferred wide receiver while the deep looks Harrison can excel at are not easily obtainable in this iteration of the Cardinals offense. Harrison is a low-end fantasy WR4 at best against the Giants next week.

Mark Andrews caught 3-of-5 targets for 24 yards the Ravens’ Week 3 win over the Cowboys.

Andrews missed part of this game with a hand injury but returned to catch two passes for a total of 15 yards in the second half. Andrews has yet to find the end zone this season and hasn’t gone for more than 49 yards in a game. There’s not much for fantasy managers to rely on here heading into next week’s game against the Titans.

Kyle Williams caught his lone target for 34 yards in the Patriots’ Week 3 loss to the Jaguars.

Williams logged a pass route on 16 of the Patriots’ 29 drop backs on the day and had one of the longest plays of the game for a struggling New England passing attack. Williams will need more playing time if he’s going to be viable for fantasy purposes. For now Mack Hollins appears to be the top wideout in the Patriots offense.

Ashton Jeanty rushed 19 times for 56 yards in the Raiders’ Week 3 win over the Saints, adding three receptions for 37 yards.

Jeanty touched the ball four times on the Raiders’ opening drive before visiting with Raiders trainers while the Saints carried out their second possession. The medical staff taped both of Jeanty’s ankles and had him ready to go before the Raiders got the ball back. He came up grimacing after his ensuing carry, but remained active throughout all four quarters and totaled 21 touches on the day. He earned an end zone target on a wheel route early on, but the ball was overthrown. Jeanty might show up on the injury report this week, but he should be ready for an RB1-worthy workload against the Chiefs by the end of the week.

Rams TE Terrance Ferguson (ankle) returned to the game in the second quarter of Week 3 against the Broncos.

Ferguson departed after being tangled up on a target in the first quarter. He was taken to the locker room for x-rays but returned after missing only one drive. The talented youngster is coming off a career game in Week 2 as he looks to build momentum in the second game without Puka Nacua.

Wan’Dale Robinson caught 7-of-11 targets for 57 yards and a touchdown in the Titans’ Week 3 loss to the Giants.

Robinson got in the end zone for the first time as a Titan on a quick out route late in the fourth quarter. He comfortably led the team in targets and catches, though Carnell Tate beat him by one yard. Robinson and Tate are the only game in town for receiving opportunities on this team, but Cam Ward’s struggles make it hard to trust either for fantasy purposes. Robinson is a FLEX consideration in deeper leagues for his Week 4 matchup with the Ravens.
