  • SEA Tight End #88

A.J. Barner rushed one time for two yards in Seattle’s Divisional Round win over the 49ers
He wasn’t targeted as the Seahawks attempted just 17 passes. Barner converted a third-down on a tight end tush push. Seattle’s best option at tight end will continue to remain dependent on touchdowns to be a fantasy option, and that very much includes next week’s NFC Championship match.

    49ers signed K Eddy Pineiro to a four-year, $17 million extension.
The deal includes $10 million in guaranteed money and ties Pineiro to San Francisco through the 2029 season. Kicking on a one-year deal in 2025, Pineiro converted all 22 attempts from inside 50 yards, also converting 6-of-7 attempts of 50 yards or more. His 96.6% conversion rate on 29 field goal attempts led the league, bringing stability to a position that long plagued the 49ers.
TE Smith can regain fantasy value with right team
No longer part of an "ugly" fantasy situation with the Steelers, Denny Carter lays out why tight end Jonnu Smith could regain his fantasy "viability" with the right offense in 2026.
  • IND Defensive Lineman
Colts traded LB Zaire Franklin to the Packers for DL Colby Wooden.
It’s a pure player-for-player swap as the Packers further bolster the interior of their second level with Franklin, dealing the former fourth-round defensive tackle Colby Wooden in the deal. Franklin led the league in tackles in 2024 (173) and played the entirety of his eight-year NFL career in Indianapolis prior to the trade, giving the Packers a top tier linebacker to pair with Edgerrin Cooper with Quay Walker due to become a free agent Monday.
  • DEN Running Back #28
Broncos signed RB Tyler Badie to a $1.075 million contract.
The Broncos previously tendered exclusive rights free agent Tyler Badie, who now signs his $1.075 million deal with the team. Badie offers change of pace potential in addition to a typically robust role on special teams but is unlikely to return consistent fantasy utility without multiple injuries ahead of him on the depth chart.
  • KC Long Snapper #41
Chiefs re-signed LS James Winchester to a one-year, $1.75 million contract.
The contract is fully guaranteed and keeps Winchester as the highest-paid long snapper in the league. Winchester enters his 12th NFL season having played the entirety of his career in Kansas City.
  • PHI Defensive Tackle #90
Eagles signed DT Jordan Davis to a three-year, $78 million extension.
The deal includes a whopping $65 million in guaranteed money. Davis is now tied to the Eagles through the 2029 season after becoming the highest-paid nose tackle in NFL history with the extension. The former No. 13 overall pick in 2022 notched the second most solo tackles in 2025 amongst defensive linemen and also contributed five sacks.
  • BUF Guard #66
    Bills re-signed G/C Connor McGovern to a four-year, $52 million contract.
McGovern has been a mainstay on the interior offensive line for the Bills for the previous three seasons, with the new contract tying him to the franchise through the 2029 season. Long hailed as one of the top pass blocking centers in the league, McGovern will continue to provide protection for 2024’s MVP in Josh Allen.
  • CLE Cornerback #21
Browns restructured the contract of CB Denzel Ward, saving $2 million against the cap in 2026.
The franchise converted a $2.5 million roster bonus into a signing bonus, saving $2 million against the cap in 2026 while adding $500,000 to his cap hit for each subsequent season. This comes a day after the Browns restructured the contract of quarterback Deshaun Watson. The rebuilding Browns remain unlikely to make major splashes in free agency but at least these moves give them options in the coming months.
  • DAL Kicker #17
Cowboys tendered restricted free agent K Brandon Aubrey at the second-round level.
Last month, it was reported that the Cowboys offered Aubrey a deal with an average salary under $7 million while the 30-year-old kicker was looking for nearly $10 million per year. Now the Cowboys have placed the second-round, $5.76 million tender on Aubrey, according to a report from ESPN’s Adam Schefter. He’s free to sign an offer sheet with another team, which would give the Cowboys the choice to either match the contract or accept a second-round pick. Stay tuned.
  • LA Cornerback #31
Rams placed CB Darious Williams on the reserve/retired list.
An undrafted free agent in 2018, Williams made the most of his eight years in the NFL. The 32-year-old cornerback is most known for his time with the Rams, spending six seasons with Los Angeles. His career highlights include a 42-yard interception for a touchdown in the first half of the Rams’ win over the Seahawks in the Wild Card round of the 2020 playoffs and being apart of the Rams’ Super Bowl championship in 2021. Los Angeles’ secondary was in need of revamping this offseason and the Rams have already addressed the cornerback room with the trade for Trent McDuffie.
  • BAL Defensive End #98
Ravens acquired EDGE Maxx Crosby from the Raiders in exchange for 2026 and 2027 first-round picks.
It isn’t quite the “Parsons-like trade package,” but it isn’t too far off. Years of being a good solider while playing for one of the league’s more embattled franchises landed Crosby with a perennial contender in the Ravens in exchange for two first round picks in the next two drafts. Crosby, 28, will now join newly minted head coach and defensive guru Jesse Minter in Baltimore, joining a defense that ranked 18th in points allowed and 24th in yards allowed. The Ravens will immediately benefit from adding one of the league’s top Iron Men to the league in Crosby, who has played in 15 or more games in six of his seven seasons in the league, while playing on 900-plus defensive snaps in five of those seasons. Crosby totaled 10 sacks and 28 TFLs for the Raiders last season while also forcing two fumbles and breaking up another six passes. The Cowboys, who reportedly offered a first and second-round pick for Crosby’s services narrowly missed out on landing the star pass-rusher, and will likely look to address the Micah Parsons-sized hole on their defense in free agency in the coming days.
