Colts signed Arkansas CB Henre’ Toliver.
Toliver (6’0/188) made 36 starts in the Razorbacks’ secondary, amassing eight career interceptions and 31 pass breakups. Toliver’s stock took a hit at the Combine, where he managed sixth-percentile SPARQ results with a 4.63 forty time. Toliver was a capable college corner with some playmaking ability, but he doesn’t have the size, strength, or athleticism to hang in the pros.
