Rutgers received a verbal commitment from 2019 three-star WR Isaiah Washington.
Washington (6'3/192) is rangy and strong receiver who had interest in Nebraska, Boston College, Cincinnati, Duke, and other schools. Coming out of Jacksonville, Washington will likely line up outside for the Scarlet Knights and provide a vertical threat to the offense once he develops. Washington is 247 Sports’ ranked No. 153 among receivers in the 2019 class.
