    Rangers acquired RHP Kelvin Gonzalez from the Royals for international bonus pool money.
    Gonzalez, a 20-year-old relief prospect from the Dominican Republic, has registered a 3.72 ERA and 61/26 K/BB ratio in 77 1/3 career professional innings. He was pitching this year for the Royals’ affiliate in the rookie-level Appalachian League. He has been assigned to the Arizona League Rangers.
