The Rose Bowl MVP, Tuinei led Oregon in receptions (48) and receiving TDs (10) during his senior season. He is 6-foot-5 and 220 pounds and doesn’t move very well in the hips or a straight line. Depending on how he shows in camp, the Seahawks could try stashing Tuinei on the practice squad as a tight end project.

Tuinei signed a reserve/future contract with the Bengals after the season ended, but they’ve already seen enough of him. The 6-foot-5, 206-pound 22-year-old has never appeared in a regular season game.

Both players worked out for the Cowboys earlier in the week, and will accompany the team to Oxnard, CA for training camp this weekend.

Tuinei, the Rose Bowl MVP at Oregon in 2011, spent time with the Seahawks, Bengals and Cowboys last season. He’s now the tallest wideout on the Pats at 6-foot-5. Tuinei may only last until Julian Edelman (foot) comes off active/PUP.

Tuinei was just signed on Thursday, so hopefully he didn’t unpack his bags. Fisher is an undrafted rookie out of Missouri. Both were roster long shots.
