Chargers signed Cornell WR Luke Tasker.
Tasker (5-foot-11, 190) is the son of ex-Bills great Steve Tasker. Luke ran forty times of 4.59 and 4.63 at the Cornell Pro Day before recording a 33 1/2-inch vertical. Tasker caught 75 passes for a school-record 1,207 yards (16.1 YPR) and eight touchdowns as a senior. He has special teams experience and will look to follow in his father’s footsteps as a kick and punt coverage ace in San Diego.
