Shayok

It was announced he signed a four-year deal with the Wolves earlier in the day. Kevon Harris led the way with 23 points on 9-of-11 shooting, including 4-of-4 3-pointers, Matt Lewis scored 19 off the bench, Wendell Moore Jr. had 15 points on 4-of-12 shooting and Marial Shayok added seven points, six rebounds, 10 assists, four steals and a block in the win.

Shayok was on a two-way contract last season and only made four appearances in the NBA. He made a big impact in the G League, earning All-First team honors with 22.4 points, 5.8 rebounds and 3.7 assists.

Shayok, who has spent the whole season in the G League, made his NBA debut in Milwaukee. He’s on a two-way contract and got some playing time with the Sixers a bit short-handed due to a few trade deadline moves. He’s not on the fantasy radar at all.

Shayock was a surprise second round selection by the 76ers, but he has the ability to fill it up in a hurry. He’s an older prospect and has an outside chance of sticking as the 14th or 15th man to begin the season.

He was second in the Big 12 in scoring last season and came on offensively at ISU last season, but he’ll simply be trying to make the Sixers final roster being such a late draft pick. He is a good shooter and scorer, so the odds are in his favor that he’ll be able to hang on.
