Nationals signed RHP Jose Ulloa to a minor league contract.
The 23-year-old hurler has yet to pitch above Rookie League ball. He didn’t pitch at all during the 2022 season after registering a 7.11 ERA, 2.21 WHIP and 3/4 K/BB ratio in 6 1/3 frames with the Phillies Rookie League club back in 2021. He’s nothing more than organizational bullpen depth for the Nationals at this time.
