Yankees OF prospect Kendall Coleman jolted a pair of home runs Monday in a win for Low-A Charleston.
He drove in a career-high five runs as the RiverDogs cruised to a 7-2 victory over Delmarva. Coleman didn’t have as much luck in the first game of Monday’s doubleheader, going 0-for-3 in a 5-0 loss. The 20-year-old hadn’t homered before Monday and is still hitting just .242 with 19 strikeouts in 62 at-bats. Coleman offers an interesting skill set but he has a long way to go.
