Making a spot start in place of Everett Teaford, Nate Adcock held the Diamondbacks to one run on five hits in five innings of Sunday’s loss.

Adcock struck out three and walked one. It’s unclear how long Teaford (abdominal) might be out, but Adcock should be in line for at least one more start. He’ll get the Orioles in Baltimore next weekend.
