Tim Lincecum is gonna put on some weight this winter

NLCS - St Louis Cardinals v San Francisco Giants - Game One

SAN FRANCISCO, CA - OCTOBER 14: Tim Lincecum #55 of the San Francisco Giants celebrates after David Freese #23 of the St. Louis Cardinals hits into a double play in the fifth inning of Game One of the National League Championship Series at AT&T Park on October 14, 2012 in San Francisco, California. Tim Lincecum used to be skinny. Then he got kinda buff, to be honest. Then sorta got skinny again. Each time he went up or down in weight, there was a sentiment expressed that the change will do his pitching good. So:

Part of Tim Lincecum’s offseason work is to gain a little weight. Trainer Dave Groeschner told me about 5 pounds and TL on board. #SFGiants

Now, he’s never been fat or anything so this isn’t a BSHOL situation, but it sorta reminds me of it.
