Mets second baseman Daniel Murphy has been playing with an incredible amount of confidence throughout the 2015 postseason. And the performance he put on in Wednesday night’s NLCS Game 4 at Wrigley Field might have been his best yet.

Murphy singled and scored in the second inning, singled again in the fourth inning, doubled in the seventh inning, and then launched this two-run homer in the top of the eighth inning ...

Murphy is now the only player in major league history to homer in six straight postseason games. Carlos Beltran was the only other player to do it in five straight.
