Rockies signed INF Nick Gile to a minor league contract.
The 23-year-old went undrafted after playing his final two seasons at Illinois State. In his final year, he slashed a healthy .284/.350/.503 with nine homers and 31 RBI in 219 plate appearances. He’ll add infield depth in the lower levels of the minor leagues for the Rockies.
