Rodriguez posted a respectable 2.97 ERA, 1.19 WHIP and 75/26 K/BB ratio across 60 2/3 innings (26 appearances, six starts) last season for High-A Cedar Rapids. The 27-year-old right-hander will continue to his journey through the Twins’ minor league system this upcoming season.

Rodriguez signed with the Twins in mid-July after being released by the Reds last June. The 26-year-old righty was limited to just five appearances (two starts) due to injuries over the final few months of last season. He’ll open the 2022 campaign at High-A Cedar Rapids as organizational pitching depth.
