Marlins signed RHP Samuel Vazquez to a minor league contract with an invitation to spring training.
The 26-year-old hurler spent the past two seasons in the Nationals’ organization. In 2025, he compiled a 3.16 ERA, 1.37 WHIP and a 49/29 K/BB ratio over 57 innings between High-A Wilmington and Double-A Harrisburg. He’ll add bullpen depth for the Marlins.
